With so many great organizations meeting the needs of people in our own backyards and around the world, it’s hard to know where our money will best be spent. In December of  2008, we launched The One Dollar Give by featuring 31 worthy and lifechanging organizations. Each charity was introduced by a blogger telling you why they support the charities they do.

We’re looking forward to another great campaign in December of 2009 here at The One Dollar Give. This year, we will be focusing all of our efforts on raising money for Feeding America on December 1st.

While the goal of the campaign is simple – to make a huge impact $1 at a time – we hope that it also introduces you to a wide range of charities so that you can find one you’re passionate about to continue giving to on a regular basis.
