It’s that time again…a few more FAQs!
Thank you all again so much for your continued participation and enthusiasm for this project. I get so many emails from you daily, and I’m doing my best to stay on top of them all! That said, if you’ve emailed me directly, please know that I’m not ignoring you. My family has had the stomach flu this week, culminating in a midnight ER trip, and I’m doing my best to catch up and respond to everyone, but it may take me through this weekend to do so.
So, a few more FAQs for you…
Looking for a dollar?
If you’re looking for ways to save a dollar each day from your regular budget to donate to The One Dollar Give, check out Tara’s post over at her main blog, Deal Seeking Mom. She’s also giving away a $500 gift card to Wal-Mart, and the entries for that giveaway include hundreds of other tips, so you might want to read through those as well!
$10 minimum?
Please note that the Network for Good donation form does say there is a $10 suggested minimum donation; however, you are still able to donate $1. To do so, simply type 1 in the box (be careful not to type 1.00), and it should go through just fine.
Donate all at once?
I’ve had a couple people ask me if there’s a way they can make their donation one time instead of making the daily donations. Before I answer that, let me just say that I think there is value in reading about the organizations and making the donations each day yourself, and I would encourage you to do that. However, if you simply don’t have the time and are unable to participate because of it, there is a way you can donate all at once.
To do this, you’d simply purchase an email “Good Card”, following the steps I outlined before. Fill out your information in the top half of the form, but under recipient, put my name (Mandi Ehman) and onedollargive@gmail.com. The tax deduction from the card will still be yours, but I will receive the card number and be able to make your daily donations. You will then receive an email each day letting you know where your money has been donated. If you purchase a $31 Good Card, I will make the few donations outside of Network for Good for you as well.
Becoming a contributor?
If you’re interested in participating by introducing your favorite charity, there is still room for a few more bloggers who want to do so. Send me an email at onedollargive@gmail.com with your blog address and suggested charity, and I will touch base with you this weekend!
I think that’s it for now – thank you!

Just wanted to say that this is such a great idea! I have been participating since day one and trying to represent this blog in as many locations as possible!

I was wondering could PayPal be a form of payment? I forgot that I have a few dollars in my PayPal account that I could donate as well as using my credit card.
Thank you so much in advance.
